Training in the home
Each Trainer at the company is mobile and has their own set of equipment to assist the clients' training. All we require is some space to take the training session. This can take place anywhere such as a spare room, garage or even the garden. We are aware that some people want to train in their homes for various reasons, and we will work with each client and the available space to make this possible.  This can be discussed in the 90 minute consultation time which comes free with every Personal Training Package.
